A closer view of the "connections"

There are many unseen aspects of human interaction--emotions, feelings, or thoughts of one another--but most of them are not easily realized in this distant and technology-bounded physical world. The sculpture exposes the unseen social barriers we share as human animals, and transforms them into an implied symmetric geometry of unspoken language and thoughts that connect us. This is the relationship that artist Benjamin Page is interested in exploring.

The web of geometry not only reveals the complicated relationships in a more linear form, but is also an art form that is purely based on humanity itself.  The process of tracing from one point to another serves only as a simulation of the human interactions; this reduction to the form of architectural geometry in many ways is much easier to map out in geometric forms than in our minds.
